PropFlow started as a side project by a frustrated property owner who couldn't find a system that actually worked. That was 2018. Today we power over 12,000 properties across the UK and Ireland.

2018

Founded in Edinburgh

Alex Morrison builds a booking tool for his own 3 Highland cottages after struggling with existing solutions. Friends ask to use it.

2019

First 100 customers

PropFlow launches publicly with a channel manager and guest communication suite. 100 properties onboarded in the first 3 months.

2021

Series A — £3.2M raised

Investment allows us to expand the team to 28 people, launch the Agency plan, and open a London office.

2023

10,000 properties milestone

PropFlow crosses 10,000 managed properties and £200M in processed transactions. Named Best PMS at the Short Stays Awards.

2026

Today
